- Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at elamexoticspices@gmail.com. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. - Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any products. However, we do provide product replacements under specific conditions (refer to our Replacement Policy).
We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, we are happy to offer a replacement.
- Conditions for Replacement
You must report any damaged or incorrect product within 48 hours of receiving it.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
